My interpretation of Experiment 381 a.k.a Neg. 

Name: Neg  

Gender: Female 

Primary Function: Designed to make people question every aspect of themselves. 

Special Abilities: 
-Experiment 381 has an acute eye for details, allowing her to analyze just about any aspect of a person and scrutinize it to end; causing them to try and fix it even if it's impossible to do so. 
-Experiment 381 can speak languages from over 100 different planets, making language barriers almost non-existent to her compulsive nagging.

Trivia: jumba says, and I quote, "Is complete and total coinzidence that Experiment Three-Eight-One is looking like small scale version of one-eyed noodle" (Although it was completely and totally planned when I designed her )
